Store owners build their online store with 5minstore.com and look for products with an EU warehouse. List your range and we show it in the catalogue under “Direct from supplier”.

Register
Enter company details, VAT ID and warehouse. We review and usually activate you within 2 business days.

List products
Via CSV template, feed URL or AI: paste a link to your shop or upload a catalogue PDF, the AI creates drafts. You check and publish.

Receive orders
Store owners order through 5minstore.com directly from you. You get an email, ship neutrally to the end customer and enter the tracking number.
Free during the pilot
No listing fee, no commission. If that changes, we announce it at least 15 days in advance.
You invoice directly
Payment is directly between you and the store owner. 5minstore.com does not handle the money.
Statistics per product
See views, how often a product was added to stores, how many stores carry it now and how often it was ordered through us.
Consistent listings
Net price, minimum order, volume discounts, shipping to Germany, delivery time and stock. Store owners compare your offer directly with others.
Requirements
- Company with registered office and warehouse in the EU, valid VAT ID
- Product safety details (GPSR): manufacturer with address and contact, the responsible person in the EU for non-EU manufacturers, product identifier, warnings
- Own rights to images and texts, no third-party logos or watermarks
- Neutral shipping without your own advertising in the parcel, handling time as stated
- Registration with the packaging register (LUCID) and, depending on the product, WEEE or battery law
