Terms and conditions

§ 1 Scope

These terms apply to all orders placed by consumers and businesses via the online store “Snapcell” with Mayowa Adigun, , (“we”).

§ 2 Conclusion of contract

The presentation of products in the store does not constitute a legally binding offer. By clicking the button “Order with obligation to pay” you place a binding order. We confirm receipt immediately by email. The contract is concluded with our order confirmation or the delivery of the goods.

§ 3 Contract language and contract text

The contract language is English. We store the contract text and send you the order details and these terms by email.

§ 4 Prices and shipping costs

All prices are final prices and include statutory VAT. Any additional shipping costs are stated in the product offer and during checkout.

§ 5 Delivery

We deliver to Germany, Austria. Delivery takes 2–4 business days unless stated otherwise for the product.

§ 6 Payment

The following payment methods are available: Shopify Payments, PayPal, Klarna (Rechnung / Ratenkauf / Sofort), Vorkasse / Überweisung.

§ 7 Retention of title

The goods remain our property until paid in full.

§ 8 Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. Details can be found in our withdrawal policy. You can also withdraw from the contract using the withdrawal function in our store.

§ 9 Warranty

The statutory warranty rights apply.

§ 10 Final provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers, this choice of law only applies insofar as it does not deprive them of the protection granted by mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which they have their habitual residence.
