Description
Sliding hands in downward dog or a mat that bunches up mid-flow can pull you right out of your practice. This eco-friendly NBR yoga mat gives you a non-slip surface that stays put, so your attention can rest on your breath instead of your footing. Roll it out in the living room for a slow morning stretch, take it to class, or use it for floor exercises, Pilates and evening mobility work. It suits beginners finding their first poses as well as regular practitioners. Pair it with a yoga block, a strap or a cozy blanket for savasana to build a calm, inviting corner for movement at home.
