How do I put the band on?

The solo loop has no clasp. You stretch it gently and slide it over your hand onto your wrist. To take it off, slide it back the same way.

Which case size should I choose?

Choose the option that matches your watch case size: 40, 42, 44, 45, 46 or 49 mm. You can usually find the case size on the back of your watch or in its settings.

Can I wear it for sports?

Yes, the braided nylon is a good fit for everyday activity and workouts. After sweaty sessions, rinse it and let it air-dry fully before wearing it again.
