Description
A set of fascia balls for your self-massage routine at home, at the office or after training. Simple to use, easy to pack.
FAQ
- How do I use the massage ball?
- Switch it on, place it between your body and the floor or a wall, and roll slowly over the area. Apply only as much pressure as feels comfortable and avoid bony areas, joints and injured spots.
- Can I use it before and after training?
- Yes. Many people use it briefly as part of a warm-up and for a longer, calmer session during their cool-down. If you have any medical concerns, please check with your doctor first.
- How do I clean the ball?
- Switch it off and wipe the surface with a slightly damp cloth. Do not submerge the device in water, as it contains electrical components.
