Boxing Trainer Device

After a long day, you want a workout that clears your head and actually feels fun, not like another hour on a treadmill. This smart music boxing trainer turns your living room into a rhythm-driven training zone: targets light up with automatic color changes, the music sets the pace, and a punch counter shows how many hits you landed. It suits adults and kids alike, whether you want a quick cardio session before work or a playful challenge for the whole family. Choose from 9 adjustable modes, start the music and follow the lights with your fists. Pair it with boxing gloves and a short warm-up routine for a well-rounded home training session.

Is this boxing trainer suitable for kids?

Yes, it is designed for both adults and kids. With 9 adjustable modes, you can choose a pace that fits the user's level. We recommend supervising younger children during training.

How does the training work?
